1. Once you’ve placed your order you will receive your Impression Kit in the post within 3-5 working days for EU and 5-7 days for USA, an email with tracking will be sent to you.
2. Carefully follow the instructions provided on our website to take your dental impression. Be sure to fill out your order form to specify your selected teeth and choice of metal. For custom designs, use the note section to give us details about your creation—be as specific as possible. The diagram shows YOUR left and YOUR right side, any mistakes on the order form are your responsibility.
3. Post back your Impression Kit to our shop address: Homer The Jeweller (P.OMIROY & SIA), Panepistimiou 61, Athens, 10564, Greece, (+30) 6949344777. Please ensure that your contact details are correct should we need to get in touch about your order. We advise sending your Impression Kit via tracked postage as we will not be liable for lost packages.
4. Once we receive your Impression Kit it will go through a quality check to ensure that all the finer details have been captured in order for your grill to seamlessly clip onto your teeth. It is important that the Impression is as precise as possible, so please take your time to read the instructions carefully.
Should we require another impression of your teeth, we will contact you to let you know.
5. Your order will be completed and posted back to you within 1 month from when we receive your impression. For bespoke designs we will often give a personalised turn around time, depending on the complexity of the design
