        How does the process work?
        1. Once you’ve placed your order you will receive your Impression Kit in the post within 3-5 working days for EU and 5-7 days for USA, an email with tracking will be sent to you.

        2. Carefully follow the instructions provided on our website to take your dental impression. Be sure to fill out your order form to specify your selected teeth and choice of metal. For custom designs, use the note section to give us details about your creation—be as specific as possible. The diagram shows YOUR left and YOUR right side, any mistakes on the order form are your responsibility.

        3. Post back your Impression Kit to our shop address: Homer The Jeweller (Georgios Maragkoudakis), Panepistimiou 61, Athens, 10564, Greece, (+30) 6949344777. Please ensure that your contact details are correct should we need to get in touch about your order. We advise sending your Impression Kit via tracked postage as we will not be liable for lost packages.

        4. Once we receive your Impression Kit it will go through a quality check to ensure that all the finer details have been captured in order for your grill to seamlessly clip onto your teeth. It is important that the Impression is as precise as possible, so please take your time to read the instructions carefully.

        Should we require another impression of your teeth, we will contact you to let you know. 

        5. Your order will be completed and posted back to you within 1 month from when we receive your impression. For bespoke designs we will often give a personalised turn around time, depending on the complexity of the design

        All work produced is subject to its own turnaround time, commonly 2 – 4 weeks.
        Once we receive your mould kit, we aim to have your piece completed by 14 working days. (Though this depends on the complexity of the piece it can vary between 14-20). Everything is done to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of your piece.
        For custom commissions vary in production time, reflecting the complexity of the work. (Queue jump service is available at an additional cost.)

        Yes, please include the product you would like. For orders not on the site or for custom orders please include an explanation of the design you’re after. Specify what materials you would like if you know, any reference photos and sketches will be useful. If you have an exact design idea this will help, or let us know your budget. Our Instagram

        We’re based in the heart of Athens, Greece, but we ship worldwide!  You can purchase a mould kit from us, shipping will be calculated at check out. Alternatively contact us to organise an appointment.

        Grillz take the exact shape of your chosen tooth/teeth, imagine it as a cover that goes over it, most grillz will simply clip on however depending on the anatomy of your tooth, on occasion this is not possible and requires a dental adhesive to hold them in place. 

        Grillz are made using a mould of your teeth, you order a grill and we send a kit to your house so you can get a grill in the comfort of your own home. The kit comes with  ‘how to’ instructions guiding you along the way, once you’ve taken your impression simply send it back to us! From there we have all we need to make your grill.

        No problem, simply contact us via instagram dm or email, we can give you a quote and you can place your order through there.

        Due to the nature of our work, if you are ordering fangs or have flat teeth, please be advised that fits will vary, and you may require additional support from the in house team to poligrip. Gap-fillers are intricate and small, meaning they are easy to misplace, they require extra care once purchased.

        We require a full payment or 50% deposit of the total amount to begin anywork, the remaining 50% will then be taken after the work is completed. *This is compulsory for all orders, No work will commence until at least 50% of the total payment is made, including impressions only appointments*

        We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom made orders , all sales are final. Made to order products with manufacturing issues, can be repaired and restored after a thorough assessment. *Additional repairs are processed at a fee*

        All customers are warned to refrain from smoking, drinking & eating with cap(s) in to avoid stains and discolouration of the metal and rare cases swallowing of caps.
